Seadoors is a 27-meter steel liveaboard built for serious divers — one of the few Philippines boats with full rebreather support, including two ISC Megalodons, an oxygen booster, and Sofnolime on board. European-operated since 2012 with a crew of 16, the vessel runs Tubbataha from March through July and multiple Visayas itineraries the rest of the year.

Reviews consistently highlight the food — a mix of Filipino and French cuisine that scores 9.4 out of 10 on Liveaboard.com. Between dives, the boat offers something unusual: eFoil courses and rentals, letting guests glide above the water on electric hydrofoil surfboards.

Routes & Itineraries

Tubbataha trips run March through July, departing from Puerto Princesa for 6-7 nights. The UNESCO World Heritage site sits 150 kilometers offshore — North Atoll, South Atoll, and Jessie Beazley Reef. This is the boat’s flagship season.

Visayas itineraries operate October through March from Cebu, with multiple route options: Malapascua for thresher sharks at Kimud Shoal, Southern Visayas covering Bohol and Apo Island, and longer Odyssey or Seascape trips (9 nights) combining multiple destinations. Some itineraries include whale shark encounters at Oslob.

Transition trips cross the Sulu Sea in March (Cebu to Palawan) and July (Palawan to Cebu), combining Tubbataha with Cagayan Islands and Visayas sites over 9-11 nights.

What’s Included

Full-board meals, soft drinks, tea, coffee, 3-4 dives daily including night dives, tanks, weights, dive guide services, and towels. Airport and hotel transfers included. Nitrox, equipment rental, alcohol, and marine park fees are extra. Tubbataha park fees paid separately before departure.

Why Choose This Boat

Seadoors stands out for rebreather divers — the full CCR setup (Megalodons, O2 booster, Sofnolime) is rare on Philippines liveaboards. Open-circuit divers benefit too: the 1:1 crew-to-guest ratio means small dive groups and personal attention.

The eFoil rentals add something different for surface intervals, and the food consistently outperforms expectations for a mid-range boat. With year-round operations covering both Tubbataha and Visayas, Seadoors works well for divers wanting to explore multiple Philippines destinations across different trips.
