Overview

Cebu Dive Centre — operating as divemoalboal.com — is the umbrella operation covering Savedra Dive Center in central Panagsama Beach and Cebu Fun Divers at the Cebu Seaview Dive Resort in South Panagsama, Moalboal, Cebu. Together, the two centers operate as a single booking entity for divers who want professional PADI training and guided diving at either end of Panagsama Beach, with the ability to mix sessions across both locations.

The combined operation runs Visayan Dive Safaris from October to May each year — 6-day, 5-night trips through Moalboal, Santander, Sumilon Island, Siquijor, Bohol, Dumaguete, Dauin, and Sipalay. Shearwater dive computers and XDeep equipment are stocked for sale on-site.

Accommodation & Facilities

Cebu Dive Centre guests can stay at either the Cebu Seaview Dive Resort (South Panagsama, further from bars and restaurants) or arrange accommodation at partner properties in central Panagsama near Savedra. Both options are within walking distance of the respective dive center.

Dive Center & Operations

The combined Cebu Dive Centre operation offers PADI training from Open Water through Instructor at both locations, technical diving courses including Tec courses and technical exploration dives, and the only Visayan multi-island dive safari in the region.

Daily Experience

At Savedra (central Panagsama), dive days are set against the busiest part of Moalboal’s beach strip — restaurants, bars, and the sardine ball are all within a short walk. At Cebu Fun Divers (South Panagsama), the pace is quieter, with the Seaview resort’s open-air restaurant and house reef providing a calmer surface interval environment.

Both locations run daily boat dives to the sardine ball, Pescador Island, and deeper technical sites. Pickup from central Panagsama to Cebu Fun Divers is available free of charge.
